argh!

wah today was super angry with my supervisor.
SHE'S A NURSE SOMEMORE, a nurse without compassion.
okayokay. where should i start from.. ( i guess will be quite boring, but i just want to blog about it!)

erm, okay, so my job is like do survey, interview people, hit target and end work go home.
so there're 2 positions. one recruiter, one interviewer.
in the morning got 2 recruiters both are aunties, one of them is a retired nurse, and i love her a lot. haha.
so this retired nurse recruited a patient and i was supposed to interview him.
and usually the first step is to ask the patient to take height and weight at some booth nearby.
so i asked him to follow me and take.
and he seems to have great difficult to stand up and it seems like the right side of his body like cannot move.
so i asked him if he's okay with taking (usually i dont), then he say: can i dont take? i sprained my right arm and it's quite difficult for me to move around.
i said: okay.
but there're 2 parts to the interview, one have to answer questions at the computer upstairs.
so i went back to ask my boss, if we dont interview him la, coz need to walk around and he seems to be in great pain.
she insisted and asked me to move him to the wheelchair to the pc! coz anyway, he sprained his arm, not leg.
I WAS LIKE: HUH!
the patient refused of course. he's a young man, who wants to sit on a wheelchair and let some stranger push to do something so boh liao?!
she want to chiong the target until too desperate already la.
it's like we're not far from the target and we sure can meet it by our last day one lor.
and so, i asked the retired nurse for help, she suggested we swap the interview, coz got another kind is 100% face to face interview, just sit beside him, wait for queue number and interview.
then she super inflexible, say cannot. i think she kind of scolded that retired nurse after that!
made me even angrier! bully old people!!
she talked to the patient personally, super insistent, and that patient is kind enough to tolerate the pain and followed me to answer the questions on computer.
but there were times in between he stopped coz it was so painful and he face was all crumpled.
then i waited and gave him sometime until he asked me to continue.
the last question was: do you have any comments or suggestions to our survey?
he said: sorry i can't think of any now coz im feeling quite pain.
wah i feel so bad for him la.
coz i tried to ask more about his condition, he say he went to the chinese doctor to cure his sprained arm, but it became worse and he suspect he hurt his spine.
i felt that sometimes have to be more flexible and try to understand people, especially patients, because they came to polyclinic obviously because they need to see the doctor.
if i were the patient i sure super bu shuang and reject to do it. that guy is too nice seriously.
and yah everyone started gossipping.
haiz. i couldn't control this time, i told the rest the whole incident la. try not to make any comments, but yah they added those comments themselves with some vulgarities.
then talked about other incidents that happened. and tried to talk to the retired nurse.
she so old already 60+, though still strong and healthy, i think the boss should disrespect her like that, coz im anyway she's more experienced. and my boss is just plain inflexible.
and that retired nurse is so super nice la.
her motto is i treat my staff with kindness and compassion.
ahhaha wah, super respect her and she does what she says.
anyway. don't know why i was so angry la. maybe it was accumulated and i think she could see i was a little unhappy.
but i didnt say anything to her la. just try to make direct contact lor. by lunch everytime like never happened.
ahhh. four more days, four more days!!!!
everything will end soon! YES!
